We’ve created a simple and clear system to show the current status of every video file uploaded to Gyre Storage. Here’s what each status means:

  • Optimized by Gyre — The file was successfully optimized using the Gyre Video Converter and is ready to be used in your stream or playlist.
  • Video uploading — The file is currently being uploaded. You’ll need to wait until the upload is complete before using it in a stream or playlist.
  • Optimizing video to meet requirements — The file is now being processed in the Gyre Video Converter. It’s not yet ready to be added to your stream or playlist.
  • Applying Gyre watermark. Please wait — During the free trial, Gyre automatically adds a watermark to your videos. This will only take a moment.
  • Parameters are correct — The file has passed the automatic check and meets the recommended settings for streaming platforms like YouTube.
  • Uploading… 54% — This shows the progress of the file upload. Once it reaches 100%, the file will begin processing.
  • Not optimized — The file doesn’t meet the recommended parameters and may cause buffering or interruptions during your stream. We recommend optimizing it with the Gyre Video Converter.
  • Bitrate not optimized — The file’s bitrate doesn’t match the required settings. To ensure smooth playback, please optimize the file in the converter.
  • Upload error. Delete the file and try again — An error occurred during the upload. Please delete the file and try uploading it again.
